Appointments
Please book your treatments well in advance by phone +49/30/818 75-145 or via e-mail ayurveda@centrovital-berlin.de. Appointments are formally binding only after written confirmation by the Ayurveda Center. If you are planning to stay overnight at our hotel, we would like to advise you to make appointments for your included treatments 24 hours after receiving the booking confirmation. That way, we will best be able to meet your needs.
Arrival
Please come to the Ayurveda Center approximately 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to calm down before your treatment.
Pre-treatment time
Clothing: We would like you to feel at home with us. Please wear comfortable wash-and-wear clothes or the bathrobe you find in your hotel room. We are happy to provide you with disposable underwear. For ladies: We recommend that you please remove your make up before the treatment.
We respectfully request that you turn off your mobile phone to preserve our calm and relaxing atmosphere. Please keep in mind that smoking is not permitted, neither in the Ayurveda Center nor in the whole of centrovital.
Health precautions
Please notify us if you have high blood pressure, heart conditions, any physical ailments or disabilities or if you are pregnant, so that we can recommend the appropriate treatments. Please consult your doctor prior to your visit to the Ayurveda Center.
Male and female therapists
You are welcome to state your preference for a male or a female staff member when you schedule your appointment. All staff members at the Ayurveda Center are expertly trained. Naturally, they will ensure your privacy and comfort at all times.
After your treatment
The intake of sufficient fluids is very important after your treatment. If time allows, grant yourself a little rest afterwards for the treatment to take full effect.
Cancellation policy
Please notify us well in advance if you are not able to keep your appointment so that we can offer it to another guest. You can change or cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance free of charge. Otherwise we need to charge the complete amount of the treatment price. Late arrival may lead to a reduced treatment time.
Gift vouchers
Treat that special somebody to the perfect gift for their birthday, for Christmas, for an anniversary or other special occasion – or just to say how much you care! Present a gift of relaxation. Our hotel reception is looking forward to assisting you in choosing a gift voucher or our “precious moments”. Pregnancy
