Shirodhara is a traditional ayurvedic dripping of oil over the forehead, which balances the nervous system and leads to long-lasting deep relaxation. The mind relaxes, fears vanish and the quality of sleep improves. This warm dripping of oil over the forehead is especially rec-ommended for states of exhaustion.
