Arrival
We ask you to arrive at centrovital Day Spa approximately 5 – 10 minutes prior to your appointment, so that you may prepare calmly for your treatment.
Packages for hotel guests and visitors
We offer a broad selection of wellness packages on our website www.centrovital-berlin.de. We also happily assist you with creating a personalized beauty package.

Extend your wellness experience: At our Day Spa you will find a variety of high quality products for your pampering time at home. We happily consult with you to cater to your individual needs.
Gift vouchers
Treat that special somebody to the perfect gift for their birthday, for Christmas, for an anniversary or other special occasion – or just to say how much you care! Present a gift of relaxation. Our hotel reception is looking forward to assisting you in choosing a gift voucher or our “precious moments”. Health
Please advise us in advance, if you suffer from high blood pressure, heart disease or other physical ailments and illnesses or if you are pregnant, so that we may recommend suitable treatments. Prior to your visit at centrovital Day Spa, we ask you to consult your doctor, if necessary.
Male and female therapists
When making an appointment, you can decide if you would like to be treated by a male or female member of staff. All our Day Spa staff is extensively trained; they naturally respect your privacy and ensure your comfort at all times.
After your treatment
It is very important that you drink plenty of water after your treatment. If time permits, we recommend a rest so that the treatment can take full effect. Afterwards you may also enjoy a visit to our Spa and sauna area or the cozy atmosphere in our Brennbar with fireplace and direct access to the pool area. In the Brennbar we serve a selection of light snacks and drinks.
Cancellation policy
Should you not be able to attend your appointment, we ask you to contact us as soon as possible, so that we may provide another guest with this appointment time. You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 24 hours prior to your designated time. Should you not be able to meet this deadline, we will charge the treatment cost in its entirety. Please note that a late arrival may lead to a shorter treatment time.
Appointments
Please book your appointments as early as possible either by phoning +49/30/818 75- 145 or via email to day-spa@centrovital-berlin.de. Appointments are only valid after a written confirmation has been sent.
Should you plan a hotel stay with us, we would like to ask you to book all your appointments for your included Day Spa services within 24 hours of receipt of your booking confirmation. We also recommend that you book your treatment appointments prior to your arrival, even if you have booked a hotel stay without any included treatments. This will allow us to address your needs and plan sufficient time for your treatments.
Preparation
Clothing: Please feel comfortable! We recommend you wear comfortable, easy to clean clothing or the bathrobe from your hotel room. We happily provide you with disposable underwear.
Ladies: We recommend that you commence the treatment without any make-up.
Gents: Prior to a facial treatment, we recommend shaving to achieve optimal results.
Should you wish to use the Spa and sauna area prior to your treatment, we recommend that you plan a quiet rest of approx. 15 minutes to take care of your circulation.
We ask you to switch off your mobile phone to ensure a quiet and relaxing atmosphere for our guests. Smoking is not permitted in the Day Spa and in all of centrovital.
